Z-FIT encourages indoor and outdoor exercise and just movement of the body in a safe way. Enjoy hiking, walking, biking, swimming, yoga, taichi, gardening, landscaping or any movement activity as an individual, small or large group.
Our mission is to encourage our members to reach their best fitness as an act of worship to God. Fellowship with family, friends, neighbors, or colleges while moving your body for improvements in health and wellness. For safety, please consult with your doctor before starting any exercise regimen.

BETTER2GETHER? is our Marriage Ministry to help couples thrive in their marriage by providing empowering educational tools to nourish and cherish each other in a healthy marriage relationship. This ministry will not only play a pivotal role in building successful marriages, but it will also impact children, families, the church, the community and ultimately, the world.
Mission
To learn and develop marriage enrichment and communication skills; understanding what the Bible says about marriage; participate in bi-weekly program meetings and social events; attend quarterly workshops/seminars and coaching sessions; annual honeymoon retreat.
Target Audience
Premarital couples (dating with intention of marriage); married couples (relationship enrichment); couples in crisis (communication barriers, trust/betrayal, separated, etc.). Also, couples living together with children (thinking out of the box to address an untapped population).
We welcome you to The Prayer Ministry! The church's motivating factor is prayer. Whether by phone, virtually or in-person, The Prayer Ministry is a gathering place for the church to get solace, learn how to be devoted, and seek solutions. Prayer sessions in Christianity can be used to build unity and love amongst individuals and groups of people.
The advantages of joining The Prayer Ministry include the opportunity to strengthen your spiritual relationship with God. Your participation in The Prayer Ministry can assist to relieve worry and stress while providing a sense of serenity. You can learn how to change your perspective and concentration in order to feel more grateful and thankful.
More importantly, The Prayer Ministry can coach and encourage you in hearing from God, resisting temptations, and bringing about miracles via prayer, reading God's Word, devotion, and faith in the Holy Spirit.
Our team has the privilege of praying for the needs of many individuals from all over the world as well as those in our Stewart Chapel Zion Family. We are the first point of contact for deaths or emergency hospitalizations upon which we quickly alert a pastor for immediate response.
